Configuration Device Options (for Passive Serial Configuration Scheme)

Specifies the following options for the configuration device used to configure the selected device in Passive Serial mode:

Disable nCS and OE pull-ups on configuration device

If turned on, directs the device to disable the nCS and OE pull-ups that are built into EPC2, EPC4, EPC8, and EPC16 configuration devices. If the board includes pull-up resistors, you may want to turn on this option.

This option is available only for EPC2, EPC4, EPC8, and EPC16 configuration devices.

Compression mode

Allows you to compress SRAM Object Files (.sof) stored in a Programmer Object File (.pof) for a configuration device.

This option is available only for EPC4, EPC8, and EPC16 configuration devices.

Low-voltage mode

If turned on, allows an EPC1 or EPC1441 configuration device to operate in a 3.3-V environment.

This option is available only for EPC1 and EPC1441 configuration devices.
