You open this dialog box by clicking Routing Options in the Device page of the Settings dialog box (Assignments menu).

Allows you to specify routing paths for ARM-based Excalibur devices.

The following tab appears in the Routing Options dialog box when you select Specific device selected in 'Available devices' list under Target device in the Device page, and select an EPXA1 device in the Available devices list in the Device page, before clicking Routing Options.
