To edit clock settings in a project:

1. If you have not already done so, open an existing project.

2. Choose Settings (Assignments menu).  Shortcut

3. In the Category list, select Clocks under Timing Settings.

4. Under Specify circuit frequency as, select Settings for individual clock signals.

5. In the Existing clock settings list, select the clock setting you want to edit.

6. Click Edit.

7. To edit absolute clock settings, in the Edit Clock Settings dialog box, change any of the settings specified under Relationship to other clock settings.

8. To edit derived clock settings, perform the following steps:

1. Under Relationship to other clock settings, select Based on.

2. Click Derived Clock Requirements.

3. In the Derived Clock Requirements dialog box, change any of the specified settings.

4. Click OK.

9. In the Settings dialog box, click OK.
