To print one or more sections of a Report window:

1. If you have not already done so, create a new project or open an existing project.

2. If you have not already done so, compile or perform a timing or functional simulation on a design entity or an entire project. Read This First

3. If you have not already done so, open the Report window.

4. If necessary, make changes to the page setup.

5. If you want to print a specific section or a selection in a section, open the section in the Report window.

6. If you want to print a selection in a section, select the information in the open section.

7. If you want to print more than one section, select the sections in the Report Window Contents.

8. If you have not already done so, select the Report window by opening a section or clicking anywhere on the Report Window Contents or the Section window.

9. Choose Print (File menu).  Shortcut

10. If necessary, make changes under Printer.

11. If necessary, make changes under Copies.

12. Under Print range, select a print range option.

13. If you are printing the Floorplan View or Simulation Waveforms section, either by itself or as part of a group of sections, select Floorplan View or Simulation Waveforms in the Print List and click Options to make changes in the Print Options dialog box (Floorplan Editor) or make changes in the Print Options dialog box (Waveform Editor).

14. To print the sections specified under Print range and save any changes to the Print Options dialog box for the Floorplan View or Simulation Waveforms sections, click OK.

    or

    To save changes you made to the Print Options dialog box for the Floorplan View or Simulation Waveforms sections without printing any sections, click Close.
