The Compiler settings will have a Compilation Report only if you have previously compiled a design with the settings. Similarly, the Simulator settings will have a Simulation Report only if you have previously simulated a design with the settings. If you open the Report window for settings that do not have a Report, the Report window will be empty except for the words "Report not available."
