To specify the size, source and margins of the page to be printed, and the printer you want to use:
Choose Page Setup (File menu). Shortcut
In the Page Setup dialog box, select the size and source of the paper that you want, and the margins (inches) for the document.
To select the printer you want to use, click Print to open the Print dialog box.
To change the settings for the page headers and footers:
Choose Page Setup (File menu). Shortcut
In the first Page Setup dialog box, click Headers/Footers.
In the Headers and Footers dialog box, place the insertion point where you want to enter a macro in either the Left, Center, or Right boxes of the Header or Footer.
Under Macros, click the button with the information you want to add to the Header or Footer.
Click OK.
If necessary, delete any text or macros from either the Left, Center, or Right boxes of the Header or Footer.
To change the printing orientation of a document in applications other than the Report window:
Choose Page Setup (File menu). Shortcut
Under Orientation, select either Portrait or Landscape.
To change the printing orientation of a single section in the Report window:
If necessary, open a Report window.
Choose Page Setup (File menu). Shortcut
If necessary, under Report sections orientation, click the + icon to expand the folder in the Print list.
Click the section name of the section whose orientation you want to change.
Under Orientation, select Portrait or Landscape.
To change the printing orientation of all sections in the Report window:
If necessary, open a Report window.
Choose Page Setup (File menu). Shortcut
Under Orientation, select Portrait or Landscape.
Click Set all.
