Margins (inches)
Specifies the distance you want in inches between the edge of the page and the text.
| Left |
Specifies the distance you want in inches between the left edge of the page and the left edge of unindented lines. |
| Right |
Specifies the distance you want in inches between the right edge of the page and the right end of a line with no right indent. |
| Top |
Specifies the distance you want in inches between the top of the page and the first line of the page. |
| Bottom |
Specifies the distance you want in inches between the bottom of the page and the last line on the page. |
In the Page Setup dialog box (File menu) for all applications except for the Report window, you can immediately see the effect of the chosen options on the file in the page layout view.

In the Report window, the options selected under Margins affect all the sections in the Report window. You cannot make different selections for different sections in the Report window. |
