You must use the following format to specify a path in the File name list:

      <drive:>\<directory>\ . . . \<file name>

Currently, the Quartus^® II software does not support the Universal Naming Convention (UNC) format to specify a path to locate a file or project you want to open or save as. An example of a path specification using this format is as follows:

      \\<server name>\<share>\<directory>\<file name>
