To copy text, all the text in the Compilation Report window Summary section, charts, regular or delay table cells, hierarchy entity names, or speed performance table rows in the Report Window:

1. If you have not already done so, create a new project or open an existing project.

2. If you have not already done so, compile or perform a timing or functional simulation on a design entity or an entire project. Read This First

3. If you have not already done so, open the Report window.

4. If you have not already done so, open the section that contains the information you want to copy.

5. If you are copying text (except for text in the Compilation Report window Summary section), select the text you want to copy.  More Details

   or

   If you are copying all the text (except for text in the Compilation Report window Summary section), select all the text.

6. If you are copying regular or delay table cell(s), a hierarchy entity name, or a speed performance table row, select the information you want to copy.  More Details

   If you are copying all the cells in a regular table or delay table, choose Select All (Edit menu).  Shortcut

7. If you are copying a chart or all the text in the Compilation Report window Summary section, click anywhere on the section to make the section active.  More Details

8. Choose Copy (Edit menu).  Shortcut
