Displays information on the RAM memory in the device: including name, mode, location, port width and depth, size, the number of EABs or ESBs used to implement the memory, and the Memory Initialization File (.mif), if a MIF was specified for the initial contents of the memory.
For Cyclone™, Stratix™, and Stratix™ GX designs, the table also includes the type of memory and numbers of M512, M4K, the M-RAM memory blocks used to implement the RAM in Stratix and Stratix GX designs, and the number of M4K memory blocks used to implement the RAM in Cyclone designs.
