You can submit a service request from the Quartus® II software through the mySupport web site.
You can submit a service request on the mySupport web site by choosing Altera® on the Web > Quartus II Service Request (Help menu).
On the mySupport web site, follow the instructions to submit a service request.
After you submit a service request, you can return to the mySupport web site to check its status.
