To save the currently selected file and analyze it for syntax errors:

1. If you have not already done so, create a new project or open an existing project.

2. Create or open the design file you want to analyze.

3. If necessary, edit the design file.

4. If you have not already done so, click anywhere on the design file to select the file.

5. Choose Analyze Current File (Processing menu).  Shortcut  More Details

To stop the analysis on the current design file:

Choose Stop Processing (Processing menu).  Shortcut
