If you selected an APEX 20K, APEX II, ARM-based Excalibur, or Mercury device, you can make assignments to pins that are organized by device package. You can click Pins (organized by internal rows/columns) to open the Area list, the MegaLAB column number or MegaLAB row name list, the Pin number list, and the Reserve pin list.
