To add a comment to a waveform:

1. Open a waveform file.

2. Click the Text Tool button on the toolbar.  

3. Click the waveform to create the arrowhead of the comment, and drag the text pointer to create the body of the arrow and the area for the text.

4. Click the text, "Click here to enter comment text," and type the comment.

To move a comment:

1. Open a waveform file.

2. Click the Selection Tool button on the toolbar.  

3. To select the comment, click anywhere on the comment, that is, the text, arrowhead, or arrow line.

4. To move both the comment text and the arrow to a new location while keeping the arrow the same size, place the pointer above the the arrow line. When the four-arrow icon appears, drag the comment text and arrow to the desired location.

5. To leave the arrowhead anchored and move the comment text, place the pointer above the comment text. When the double-arrow icon appears, drag the comment text to the desired location.

6. To leave the comment text anchored and move the arrowhead, place the pointer above the arrowhead text. When the double-arrow icon appears, drag the comment text to the desired location.

To copy the comment text and the arrow, press Ctrl during step 4.
