To move a comment with the Text Tool button on the toolbar:

1. Open a waveform file.

2. Click the Text Tool button on the toolbar.  

3. To leave the arrowhead anchored and move the comment text, place the pointer above the comment text. When the double-arrow icon appears, drag the comment text to the desired location.

4. To leave the comment text anchored and move the arrowhead, place the pointer above the arrowhead text. When the double-arrow icon appears, drag the comment text to the desired location.
