To change the grid size:

1. Open a waveform file.

2. Choose Grid Size (Edit menu).

3. To use a clock signal as the basis for the grid, under Base grid on, select Clock settings and specify the clock name. More Details 

4. To use a time period as the basis for the grid, under Base grid on, select Time period and specify the periods, the phase, and the duty cycle. More Details

5. Click OK.
