To open a Tcl Script File (.tcl) for a project from the Quartus^® II software:

1. If necessary, create a new project or open an existing project.  More Details

2. Choose Tcl Scripts (Tools menu).

3. Select the Tcl Script File you want to open from the Libraries list.

4. Click Open File.

5. Click OK.
