Turning on the Include Report Section in Print List command (File menu) for a section of a report, which selects the section for printing with the Print command (File menu), also selects the section for inclusion in any Text-Format Report File (.rpt) or HTML-Format Report File (.htm) you create for the report with the Save As command (File menu).

Similarly, turning off the Include Section in Print List command for a section of a report, which prevents the section from being printed with the Print command, prevents the section from being included in any Report File you create for the report with the Save As command.
