Row Summary Section (Compilation Report)

Lists information about each LAB row in the Mercury device. This section is omitted if you are not using a Mercury device for the project.

Information is provided as follows:

Heading Description Value
Row Shows the letter of the LAB row in the Mercury device. <row letter>
Logic Elements Shows the number of logic elements located in the row. <number of logic elements>
I/O Pins Shows the number of I/O pins located in the row. <number of I/O elements>
Row-Global Signal Shows the number of row-global signals located in the row. You can specify these signals by instantiating ROW_GLOBAL primitives in the design. You can have a maximum of two ROW_GLOBAL primitives per row in the device. <number of row global signals>
RapidLAB interconnect Shows the number of RapidLAB interconnect lines being used in the row. These lines feed one or more, and up to five other LAB columns. <number of RapidLAB interconnect lines>
Leap Lines Shows the number of leap lines being used in the row. These lines feed rows above or below the source LAB or Embedded System Block (ESB). <number of leap lines>
FastLUT Connection Shows the number of FastLUT connections being used in the row to implement cascade chains. <number of FastLUT connection lines>
Local Lines Shows the number of local lines being used in the row. These lines are local interconnect lines driven by signals transferred between logic elements located in the same or adjacent LAB(s). <number of local lines>
LAB External Interconnect Shows the number of LAB external interconnect lines being used in the row. These lines are local interconnect lines that are located in the local interconnect region and are driven by signals transferred between logic elements located in non-adjacent LABs. <number of LAB external interconnect lines>
Leap Lines Driving In Shows the number of leap lines, located in the row, that are driven in by logic elements located in the same or adjacent LAB(s). <number of leap lines driving in>
Leap Lines Driving Out Shows the number of leap lines, located in the row, that are driven out by logic elements located in the same or adjacent LAB(s). <number of leap lines driving out>
Column Interconnect Driving In Shows the number of lines used by the column interconnect channels, located in the row, that are driven in by logic elements of LABs in the same column. <number of column interconnect lines driving in>
Column Interconnect Driving Out Shows the number of lines used by the column interconnect channels, located in the row, that are driven out by logic elements of LABs in the same column. <number of column interconnect lines driving out>
Priority Column Interconnect Driving In Shows the number of lines used by the Priority FastTrack® column interconnect channels, located in the row, that are driven in by one or more lines along the row and column interconnect channels in the FastTrack interconnect. <number of Priority FastTrack column interconnect lines driving in>
Priority Column Interconnect Driving Out Shows the number of lines used by the priority column interconnect channels, located in the row, that are driven out by one or more lines along the row and column interconnect channels in the FastTrack interconnect. <number of Priority FastTrack column interconnect lines driving out>
Half Column Interconnect Shows the number of column interconnect half-lines (that is, lines that traverse half of the device in a vertical direction) being used in the row. <number of column interconnect half-lines
Fan-In Shows the total fan-in for the row. <fan-out>
Fan-Out Shows the total fan-out for the row. <fan-in>
