Setting Up Hexadecimal (Intel-Format) Output File for SRAM Options



To set the options for a Hexadecimal (Intel-Format) Output File for SRAM (.hexout):

  1. If you have not already done so, choose Convert Programming Files (File menu).

  2. If you have not already done so, set up an output programming file, selecting Hexadecimal (Intel-Format) Output File for SRAM (.hexout) from the Programming file type list.

  3. Under Output programming file, click Options.

  4. In the Hexadecimal (Intel-Format) Output File for SRAM Options dialog box, specify the start address of the HEXOUT File for SRAM in the Start Address box.

  5. To determine the count direction, select Up or Down under Count.

  6. Click OK.
