You open this dialog box by clicking Add Hardware in the Hardware Settings tab of the Hardware Setup dialog box, which you open by clicking Setup in the Programmer window.

Specifies the hardware type and its Port and Baud rate settings, if applicable. USB devices are automatically detected and added to the Hardware list in the Hardware Setup dialog box when you plug them into the USB port on your computer, and do not appear in the Add Hardware dialog box.
