To find text in the Memory Editor:
If you have not already done so, open or create a Memory Initialization File (.mif) or Hexadecimal (Intel-Format) File (.hex).
or
Open the embedded memory at a simulation breakpoint.
If you want to start the search at a certain memory cell, place the insertion point where you want the search to begin.
Choose Find (Edit menu). Shortcut
Type the search text in the Find what box, including optional wildcard and/or special characters.
If necessary, turn on Find whole words only
Select a search direction in the Search list.
Click Find Next.
If necessary, click Find Next again to find the next instance of the search text.
To replace text in the Memory Editor:

In the Replace with box, type the text with which you want to replace the text in the Find what box, including optional wildcard and/or special characters.
If necessary, turn on Find whole words only
In the Search list, select a search direction.
To replace all instances of the search text with the text in the Replace with box, click Replace All.
To replace only some instances of the search text:
