To show and hide submenus for recently used files and projects:

1. Choose Options (Tools menu).

2. If necessary, in the Category list, select General.

3. Turn on or off Show recently used files and projects on submenus.

4. To change the number of files that appear in the submenus, select another number between one and 10 in the Show <number> recently used files and projects list.

5. Click OK.
