To open the design file for the selected block:

1. If you have not already done so, create a new project or open an existing project.

2. If you have not already done so, open or create a Block Design File (.bdf) in the project.

3. Select a block.

4. Right-click the selected block and choose Open Design File (right button pop-up menu).
