To copy and paste assignments:

1. Open the Current Assignments floorplan or open the Timing Closure floorplan.

2. If necessary, create assignments in your project.

3. Select one or more assignments in the Device Top, LAB, MegaLAB^™ or Logic Cell views to copy or cut.

4. To cut or copy the selection, choose Copy (Edit menu) or choose Cut (Edit menu).  Shortcut  Shortcut

5. Select one or more pin, logic cell, or I/O cell, or select a row assignment bin, column assignment bin, LAB assignment bin, MegaLAB assignment bin, or device assignment bin as the destination for the pasted items.
