To specify the directory that contains a software toolset for all projects in the Quartus^® II software:

1. Create a new project or open an existing project.

2. Choose Settings (Assignments menu). Shortcut

3. In the Categories list, select Toolset Directories under Files & Directories.

4. In the Toolset directories list, select the software toolset for which you want to specify a directory.

5. In the Toolset directory box, type the directory for the software toolset, or select the software toolset directory with Browse(...).

6. Click OK.
