After you turn on Enable SignalTap® II Logic Analyzer, the Automatically Turn On Smart Compilation option is enabled. If you do not want to perform a smart compilation when you perform SignalTap II incremental routing, turn off this option, and turn off the Smart compilation option in the Mode page in the Settings dialog box.
