Automatically turns on smart compilation if you use SignalTap® II incremental routing (that is, if you turn on Inc Rte for a node, add a SignalTap II post-fitting node, or change the number of nodes allocated for trigger or data capture). Turning on this option directs the Compiler to use more disk space to save extra data that faciliates incremental routing.
This option is enabled by default when you select a SignalTap II File (.stp) to compile with your project.
