Directs the Quartus^® II software to reset any illegal LogicLock^™ region assignments for the currently selected LogicLock region and its descendant LogicLock regions to legal default values.

For example, if the height of a LogicLock region causes that region to exceed the boundaries of the device, the Repair Branch command resets the region's height to a value that allows the region to be contained on the device.

The LogicLock Regions window displays LogicLock regions that contain illegal assignments in red.
