Specifies destination start and end times for growing or shrinking a waveform. You can type the new start time in the New start time box and the new end time in the New end time box, and then select the correct time unit in the list. The default values are the times for the selected waveform interval.
If you shrink (compress) a waveform, the end of the waveform is "padded" with a waveform interval that has an undefined (X) value.
When you grow (stretch) a waveform, you can select one of the options for truncating the waveform or extending the file end time under When inserting waveforms in Waveform General Options (Options command).
