To invert a node or group waveform:

1. Open a waveform file.

2. Select an interval on one or more nodes or groups.

3. If you want to overwrite the selection with an inverted logic level, choose Value > Invert (Edit menu).  Shortcut   More Details  

4. If you want to insert an inverted logic level to the left of the selection, choose Insert Waveform Interval (Edit menu).  Shortcut

5. Click OK.
