To insert a new time bar:

1. Open a waveform file or create a new one.

2. Choose Insert Time Bar (Edit menu).

3. In Time, type the location and select the time unit for the new time bar.

4. To make the new time bar the master time bar and all other time bars in the waveform file reference time bars, turn on Make master time bar.

5. Click OK.
