Runs the Timing Analyzer. If you previously compiled the design, the Timing Analyzer runs separately from the Compiler. If the design has not yet been processed by the Compiler, the Compiler runs automatically before the Timing Analyzer. If you re-run Timing Analysis after changing the device speed grade, the Timing Analyzer automatically updates the delays for the new device speed grade, without recompiling the design.
