To locate the source of a message using the Message Locations window:

1. If necessary, open an existing project.

2. Display the messages from a current or previous compilation, simulation, or software build.

3. If necessary, display the Message Locations window.   More Details

4. In the Messages window, select the message on which you want to locate source information.  More Details

5. In the Message Locations window, double-click the file name that contains the source information you want to view. More Details
