Click the Locate in Design File button on the toolbar.  |
or

Right-click the selected node in the Waveform Editor, the selected node name in the Nodes Found list in the Node Finder, or the design entity for which you want to view source information in either the Hierarchies or Design Units tab in the Project Navigator, and choose Locate in Design File (right button pop-up menu). |
