After you press an arrow key once, you can continue to move or change the size of the window with the mouse. Click to stop moving or changing the size of the window with the mouse.

To change the direction of window sizing with the mouse, you must press the appropriate arrow key again. For example, to switch from horizontal sizing to vertical sizing with the mouse, you must press the Up Arrow key for upward vertical sizing, or the Down Arrow key for downward vertical sizing.
