To create and name a port for a symbol:

1. If you have not already done so, open or create a Block Symbol File (.bsf).

2. To name an existing port, select a port and choose Properties (Edit menu).  Shortcut

3. To enter a new port, drag the Selection and Smart Drawing Tool from the edge of the symbol to location of the new port.

4. In the Symbol Properties dialog box, click the General tab.

5. Specify the port properties.

6. Click OK.
