The device JTAG port is dedicated exclusively to the SignalTap® II Logic Analyzer from the moment you click the Run button until the SignalTap II Logic Analyzer stops and returns to the IDLE state. No other JTAG operations are possible during this time.
Running the SignalTap II Logic Analyzer allows you to capture up to 128 nodes of internal data.
