To insert a time bar in the SignalTap^® II waveform display:

1. If you have not already done so, run the SignalTap II Logic Analyzer.

2. Click the Data tab.

3. Choose Insert Time Bar (View menu). Shortcut

4. In the Sample number box, type the sample number where the time bar will be located.

5. To make the new time bar the master time bar and all other time bars in the waveform file reference time bars, turn on Make master time bar.

6. Click OK.

To delete a time bar in the SignalTap II waveform display:

1. If you have not already done so, run the SignalTap II Logic Analyzer.

2. Click the Data tab.

3. Click the time bar you want to delete, and drag it out of the waveform display.

To delete all time bars in the SignalTap II waveform display:

1. If you have not already done so, run the SignalTap II Logic Analyzer.

2. Click the Data tab.

3. Choose Delete All Time Bars (View menu).
