To assign the SignalTap® II Logic Analyzer clock: Read This First
If you are using the SignalTap II Logic Analyzer within the Quartus® II software, and have not already done so, create a new project or open an existing project.
If necessary, open a SignalTap II File (.stp) or create a new STP File.
Use the Node Finder to find the node(s) you want to assign to the STP File.
In the Nodes Found list of the Node Finder, select the clock name you want to add to the STP File, then drag it to Clock box in the SignalTap II window. More Details
