Allows you to make assignments to custom regions on the device. You can click Custom region to open the Region list and the Define Custom Region dialog box. This assignment is available for all Altera® devices supported by the Quartus® II software except FLEX® 6000, MAX® 3000, and MAX 7000 devices.
