Specifies how the Data0 pin should be used when the device is operating in user mode after configuration has been completed. This pin can be reserved in one of three states: as inputs that are tri-stated, as outputs that drive ground, or as outputs that drive an unspecified signal. Or, if this option is turned off, the Data0 pin can be used as ordinary I/O pins after configuration.
