Specifies whether the Fitter performs final placement optimizations. Performing final placement optimizations may improve fmax and fitting, but also may require longer compilation time. Setting this option to Always directs the Fitter to always perform final placement optimizations; setting this option to Never directs the Fitter to never perform final placement optimizations. Setting this option to Automatically directs the Fitter to perform final placement optimizations if you perform a standard fit compilation; however, if you perform a compilation using the fast fit feature, the Fitter does not perform final placement optimizations.
