Determines if a cold restore operation is in progress.

Name Type Description status int 1 when a cold restore operation is in progress; 0 otherwiseArguments
Description
mti_IsColdRestore() returns 1 when a cold restore operation is in progress; otherwise, it returns 0. A cold restore is when the simulator has been terminated and is re-invoked with the -restore command-line option.
