Hello everyone here are the minutes from this morning's meeting.

9/2/96
Held in CR4

Meeting opened at 9:15am

1)  ROLES :
	Vidar - chairperson
	Stewart - scribe
	George - time keeper

2)  RULES :
	-What the chairman says goes - he/she has ultimate control 
	of any meetings.

	-A meeting will be held at the start (9am) of each group day.

	-A meeting can be held by anyone at anytime, by emailing 
	Vidar with an AGENDA and VENUE, giving at least a half hour 
	warning.  Vidar will then notify the group.

3)  TECHNICAL INFORMATION :
	-Tim has an instruction sheet based on WWW styles and will post 
	it in the common directory.
	
	-Tim and Jeremy are to produce a specification document outlining
	a standard style and format for any word documents to be produced.
	
	-It was decided that a group will be formed in the future to be 
	solely responsible for web page production (conversion of word
	documents.

	-Time will be spent in the future to have a group 'lesson' on word
	document layout.

	-Any documents found should be saved in the common directory
	under :  who, where, when, why, what, how or general ; which 
	are sub-directories.

4)  THE LEARNING ORGANIASATION :

	-Task Division ;
		Alistair and George - to look for books, so email them
		with any other references.

		Tim and Jeremy to set up document layout template.

		Stewart and Catriona - where

		Ed and David - when

		Dario, Ben, Dave and Neil - why

		Susan and Yeow - who

		Vidar, Nick and Brigid - how

		Brian and James - what
