Mississippi State University is extremely pleased to support the enclosed proposal for "Constraint Driven Digital Design Research," being submitted in response to DARPA BAA #94-08. The Engineering Research Center (ERC) at Mississippi State, since its inception in 1990, has become a leader in high performance computing in the southeastern United States. Supported by the National Science Foundation, the Center has an impressive complement of state-of-the-science equipment, instrumentation and supporting resources. The Microsystems Prototyping Laboratory (MPL) functions as part of the ERC. The MPL performs research in microelectronics and microsystems and is primarily supported by DoD.
The University is fully committed to support of the proposed project and will commit the requisite resources and facilities necessary for implementation of the program.
