Alternative Procedure for Making Master Time Bars

To create a master time bar with the Insert Time Bar (Edit menu):

  1. Open a waveform file.

  2. Choose Insert Time Bar (Edit menu).  Shortcut

  3. If you want to make the new time bar a master time bar, turn on Make master time bar.

  4. Click OK.
