To create a time bar:

1. Open a waveform file.

2. Choose Insert Time Bar (Edit menu).  Shortcut

3. In the Time box, type the absolute time for the new time bar, and select the time unit in the list.

4. Click OK.

or

1. Open a waveform file.

2. Choose Time Bar Organizer (Edit menu).  Shortcut

3. In the Time box, type the absolute time for the new time bar, and select the time unit in the list.

4. Click Add.

5. Click OK.
