To show or hide line numbers, line continuation characters, or page breaks markers using the Options dialog box:

1. Choose Options (Tools menu).

2. In the Category list, select Text Editor General.

3. To show or hide line numbers, turn on or off Show line numbers.

4. To show or hide page break markers, turn on or off Show page breaks.

5. To show or hide line continuation characters, turn on or off Show slashes (/) to indicate that text continues off-screen.

6. Click OK.
