Simulate Mode

Run Time Interval

Allows you to run an incremental simulation by specifying a time increment for which the Simulator should run.

When the simulation reaches the end of the specified time interval, the Simulator pauses, allowing you to observe the simulation results at the time increment. You can then choose Run Simulation (Processing menu) to resume the simulation at the stopping point and proceed until the simulation again reaches the end of the specified time interval.

For example, if you specify 20 ns in the Run Time Interval list and choose Run Simulation (Processing menu), the Simulator pauses when it reaches 20 ns. Then, after resuming the simulation, it runs until it reaches 40 ns, and so on in 20 ns increments.
